Bahan-bahan:
200 gm beras wangi
600 ml kaldu ayam
100 gm ikan asin, panggang
1 sdm seledri, iris tipis
2 sdm bawang merah goreng
60 gm blinjo kerupuk
30 gm kacang kedelai, goreng
2 lembar daun salam
Cara masaknya:

- Cuci beras dan tiriskan.
- Ganakan panci ukuran sedang, tambahkan beras dan kaldu ayam juga daun salam, masak dengan api sedang dan aduk sampai matang dan bubur mengental. Tambahkan garam jika perlu dan cicipi.
- Taruh bubur di mangkuk, taburi dengan seledri, bawang, dan kacang kedelai goreng.
